A morning table on board defines you by both what you serve and how you serve it. Oil from the family olive groves of Datça, tomatoes picked from just the right field, morning bread fetched by boat from a shore bakery — the Aegean table is built from these.
Our chef consortium has set one rule: olive oil is bought not from a store but directly from the producer. The table becomes not a destination but the journey itself.
